1. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

• Within Karachi: Rs. 250
• Outside Karachi: Rs. 350
• Delivery Time: 3-5 working days

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

3. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances


While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues.

4. Return Policy

• Returns are only accepted if we are notified within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
