• Shipping charges within Karachi are Rs. 250, and for other cities, Rs. 350.
• Delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns can only be processed if we are notified within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been used or damaged after delivery.
