Shipping & Returns Policy

At herbal nectar we value our customers and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Please review our policies below for shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once placed.
Shipping Charges: Rs: 250/- countrywide if parcel weight over 1000 grams then 300/-Shipping.
Time: Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 4–6 business days.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, please note that unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays etc.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, If wrong item Received.
Returns are only accepted if we are notified within 3 days of receiving the product.
opened oils / shampoos, since we don't sell any serums or anything mentioned as a personal care item.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges within Karachi are Rs. 250, and for other cities, Rs. 350.
Delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues.
